Six checks before submission

Why complete documents can still be rejected

A document can exist and still fail a university's current format, certification, translation, validity, or submission rule. Check the exact programme and intake rather than reusing a list from another school.

Identity and validity

Compare spelling, name order, dates of birth, and document numbers across the passport and academic records. Confirm the passport remains valid for the admission and immigration stages.

Certification and translation

Determine whether the university asks for originals, certified copies, apostille or legalisation, and an accepted translation. Do not add a process merely because another university required it.

Academic evidence and timing

Confirm the required diploma, transcript, subject results, grading explanation, submission channel, fee, and deadline. Recheck the official instructions immediately before sending the application.

Privacy boundary

This checklist runs in your browser and does not request uploads. Do not send passports, transcripts, bank details, passwords, or other sensitive records through a general contact form.
