Information StudyROM collects

When you submit the fit-check form or contact StudyROM, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, package interest, target program, target intake, application stage, and message. If you become a client, you may also send documents or payment confirmation details by email or another private channel.

StudyROM does not ask for private account details, financial details, or full private documents through the website form. Payment is handled only through the private Stripe-hosted payment link or the payment provider shown to you before checkout.

To recommend the right StudyROM package or tell you if a package is not a good fit.
To send a private payment link when you request one and the package fits.

Service providers

StudyROM may use website hosting, email, payment, file storage, and analytics providers. These providers process information only so the website and service can operate.

StudyROM uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, traffic sources, device type, and general site performance. This helps improve the website and see which guides are useful. StudyROM does not use the public website form to collect full private documents.

StudyROM does not use display advertising on this website. The site is monetized through private support packages paid through Stripe-hosted payment links after a fit check.

StudyROM does not sell student information. Information is not shared with a university, embassy, immigration office, licensing body, or third party unless you ask StudyROM to help prepare or send something, or unless required by law.

Retention and security
