Short version

All StudyROM package payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

This policy exists because private PDFs, sample-paper resources, checklists, message templates, document guidance, and support access are prepared and delivered quickly after payment.

Before you pay

StudyROM does not use public automatic checkout. You submit a free fit-check request first. If the package fits your stage, StudyROM confirms the scope, price, and private Stripe-hosted payment link before you pay.

Use that fit-check step to ask about the package, timing, limits, and whether Basic, Standard, Premium, or no package makes sense.

No-refund situations

• You change your mind after paying.
• You decide not to apply to Romania.
• You do not use the PDFs, templates, or support after receiving access.
• You are unhappy with an official university, visa, immigration, or licensing decision outside StudyROM's control.
• You expected guaranteed admission, visa approval, residence approval, or Canadian licensing.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you believe a duplicate charge or payment error happened, email hello@studyrom.com immediately with your name, payment date, package, and receipt details. StudyROM will review the situation.

Response time

Fit-check requests and payment-confirmation messages are normally answered within 24 hours.
